Service Description
This is a super powered up start for your Puppies to support them starting their new life with you and your family. We help both you and your puppy build confidence and create fabulously strong relationships from the start! Pups must have had their first vaccination and start the class 10 days after that first vaccination. OPEN ENROLMENT means that the class operates on a continuous 6-week rotation. Participants can join during any week of the 6-week period and complete their own 6-week block. For example, if you start in Week 3, you will continue through to Week 2 of the following rotation. If someone starts in Week 6, their final week will be Week 5.

If you have booked on to one of the Open Enrolment courses, please note that the classes run for 4 to 6 weeks from your start date with no space for catch-up sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 48 hrs notice before the start of the class or 1:1 private session: - Up to 48 hours before the class - Refund minus the administration fee of $25 - 24-48 hour notice before the class - refund of 50% cost of the course - No refund if cancelling on the day of the first class - No refund after completion of the first session and inability to continue to full course completion If cancelling before 48hrs of the start of the class, please let us know if you would like to postpone your spot to a class later in the year - Extra administration fee of $25
